Service terms

Effective 22 September 2026. These terms apply to the PremisesPulse website, alert service, accounts and subscriptions.

Website operator

PremisesPulse.co.uk is operated by Urban Sky Web Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 17421062. Registered office: 14/2E Docklands Business Centre, 10–16 Tiller Road, London, E14 8PX.

Service

PremisesPulse supplies change alerts derived from third-party public data. Alerts are informational sales-research aids, not guarantees that a business is new, open, trading, dissatisfied with a supplier, non-compliant or likely to buy.

Source accuracy

Records can be delayed, corrected, appealed, republished or assigned a different identifier. Customers must check the dated official source before relying on an alert.

Lawful use

Customers must comply with PECR, UK GDPR, direct-marketing rules and all other applicable law. The service must not be used for harassment, deceptive contact, indiscriminate spam, discrimination or unlawful automated decision-making.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew until cancelled. The billing interval, VAT treatment, refund policy and any trial terms will be shown at checkout. Subscribers can cancel, change plan, update payment details and download invoices at any time from Manage billing on their account page. When a paid plan ends or a payment cannot be collected, the account returns to the free plan and its saved alert profile is kept. Consumer cancellation rights may apply where a buyer is not acting wholly for business purposes.

Availability

The service depends on upstream public data, email delivery, hosting and payment providers. Reasonable care will be taken, but uninterrupted service and any particular number of signals are not guaranteed.

Liability

A professionally reviewed limitation appropriate to the final legal entity and customer type will be added before paid launch. Nothing will exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
